As corporate users (30k+ employees), instead of receiving subscriptions generated on Microsoft template, containing the Microsoft logotype, corporate information etc., we’d like to be able to modify/customize the email subscription template. Furthermore we’d like to be consistent with our corporate communication framework, including the look’n’ feel. It means we’d like to be able WHAT the mail content will contain and HOW it will be formatted as well.

- I agree. At the moment, some reports that are scroll-able, are useless in emails. The screenshot-type reports that are currently used in PowerBI subscriptions, are not useful in business at all.
- With all it cost for "Premium" you'd think that there would be a customizable email template. This makes their subscription service useless to us. Why would our staff want to receive email reports with our company’s private data from outside of our origination? It might as well be coming from @HotMail.com.
- Completely agree that some customization for this email template is a must. Especially the from email address, the subject text, the logo and other key elements such as these.
- agree, we need more flexibility here. the email is full of wasted white space too
- Customisable email template definitely needs to be a part of a Premium Power BI subscription.

I completely agree that this should be an option for Premium users as we are switching off of Sisense to Power BI and they have this option as we are able to white label the emails, logos along with the email address that the email is being sent from so it looks like an email coming from our company.
Yes, this is a great idea. Also, it will let manage the real estate on a single-page subscription without needing to scroll down.
It will be good to have the preview page (Image) custom size setup.
