Create an activity that's just a comment box to write comments. It would do nothing.
When I want to add a comment to explain what's happening in a section of pipeline that applies to a number of activities (so just using the description in one activity wouldn't work) I have to use a set variable activity, name it as 'comment' then create a dummy variable and set it to x, just to be able to have a place to write a note. While my comment may add clarity, someone coming in with fresh eyes would have to look around a bit to figure out why there are all the dummy variables.
I could also use a wait activity, but for short activities, it seems silly to waste a few seconds to include that, and again, it may be difficult for someone else to understand if there was an actual need for the wait or not.
Also, this would be useful for connector route management as you could force certain activities to be grouped together by routing them through a dummy comment block. Sort of like 'cable management' for computer or networking cables.
