I need to have conditional formatting for Y Axis Labels in Bar Chart based on measure. If value exceeds 0 label should be green if value is below 0 then label should be red. It should set color per each Y Axis Label, but as for now it sets same color for all Axis Y Items, color is based on a measure TOTAL value for whole table (details in below post).
