Possibility of making conditional column header background colors and other conditional layout in matrix

I have a requirement to change the background color of column headers based on Value in a matrix. For eg, if the column header is "FY" backgrounf color =red , column header is "QQ" backgrounf color =Blue.
Disappointed to see this functionality is not available yet.
