Be able to @mention comments to a team or group distribution list, not just at an individual user

- This would be very helpful to communicate updates related to the data or report changes so that each individual doesn't have to be listed out.
- I'm surprised there appears to be so little demand for this.
- I'm also surprised it isn't possible already, seems an obvious integration with Teams which seems to be front and centre of the MS offer at the moment.
Drive cell-level collaboration with other stakeholders through interactive commenting. Capture cell-level comments with details such as author & posted time, use @ symbol to tag other stakeholders, teams or group distribution list; assign tasks & track status, receive notifications when someone tags you, assigns a task or responds to your comment and many more.
it would be great if @all works for all users of the specific report
