CapacityOfflineIndicator
When a capacity for a workspace is paused most of the functions obviously don't work.
Normal users can't access the azure portal to view the workspace online/offline status.
When a function doesn't respond users don't know if this is due to an error, a bug in fabric, a fault by the user or something unknown. They are lost. To speedup troubleshooting i suggest a indicator.
I suggest an indicator in every browser for every workspace indicating if a workspace is paused. This should be visible to all users only when a ws is offline. (Also, when there is no capacity at all linked to a ws this should be indicated with a status flag,
