Yes, just stumbled upon this challenge. Not being able to format the measure as url is highly limiting. Fully dynamic traffic lights (RAG status) is the need behind. So, it this is difficult to implement, consider also adding additional parameter to your KPI visual (at the moment only possible to have a target, but without additional threshold RAG is not possible to achieve).
