Bring back auto refresh for real time dashboards

I see from the Fabric March 2026 Feature Summary an item labeled "Live update for Real-Time Dashboards" (https://blog.fabric.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/fabric-march-2026-feature-summary?ft=All#post-34196-_Toc224559652) I don't think that was available when I authored the original post. Testing it out, it seems to work well. If you are reading this and looking for the feature, open the Real Time Dashboard, switch to Editing mode (upper right corner) and that should bring up the Refresh Rate option.
