- kurt_denolf3New MemberThe nr of pages are growing in my reports... it's getting more difficult to easily arrange pages. Certainly because new pages are added always at the end and then you need to move them to the beginning in 5-6 moves. Would be nice to see 1 screen with all the page titles where you can easily drag an drop to another place. Also nice would be that when creating a new page that this would be after the page that is currently selected
- pbiideas1New MemberLinked to this would be nice to have a 'go to' option ...right clicking on the pages and then be able to select a specific page to jump to
- fbcideas_migusrNew MemberWhen this feature will be implemented? My report already contains >40 pages, the navigation through and rearranging pages are more and more inconvenient.
- wout_olyslagersNew MemberIt would be nice already (and maybe a quick fix?), if we could reorder the pages in the list you see when right clicking the double arrows on the bottom left arrows.

We have a deck with 100+ pages and it is impossible to navigate or move things around in. Something similar to slide sorter in PowerPoint would be very nice.
Or a way to order the "tabs" (pages), which is what I originally thought "Tab Order" was.

FYI: Power BI's competitor (Tableau) has had a page sorting view for quite some time if they need inspiration...

Agree entirely. This is a real headache. It should be simple, like moving the sheets in excel would be my preference - using the arrow keys and alt/ctrl.

Not only to move.
Just copy excel functionality for sheet manipulation:
- Move
- Copy
- Move / copy to other pbix
- Highlight with colors
- Multiple sheet manipulation: move, copy, delete
- Menus / lists for manipulation
And why not add some other features:
- Thumnails / previews like in Power Point
- Protect full sheet to prevent unwanted edition of some parts
- Groups of sheets like One Note pages

Its really incredible that after 6 years we still dont have an effective way of doing this. what a nightmare.

Wow, it’s 2024 and we’re still dragging pages around in Power BI like it’s 2017 – despite all the AI advancements. Who needs an efficient sorter interface when we can reminisce about the good old days, right? Come on, Microsoft, give us a break!
