Power BI needs to get to a similar level of flexibility with conditional formatting as available in Excel. This includes extending it to text fields/measure values, to apply to total row values, to be able to format a value in one column based on the value of another. Also making the Wingdings font available would be good too; eg being able to display a character as a tick or cross (as you can in Excel) to indicate pass/fail, etc.
