Azure Key Vault Support for On-Prem SQL Connections

Enable Azure Key Vault integration for on-premises SQL Server connections configured through an On-Premises Data Gateway, allowing customers to:

• Store SQL Server usernames and passwords in Azure Key Vault.
• Select Azure Key Vault references when configuring Basic authentication credentials.
• Automatically retrieve and use secrets from Azure Key Vault during connection configuration.
• Centralize credential management and simplify secret rotation without requiring manual credential updates.
• Improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency for hybrid data environments.
• Provide a consistent credential management experience across both cloud and on-premises data sources.
