Automatic Dataset Owner Transfer

When an employee leaves the organization, any dataset associated with their user account will fail to refresh, as it can no longer find the user in the directory. I would be great instead if the dataset ownership transferred to another admin in the workspace automatically. Doesn't matter who, just that reports don't start failing. The only way we found to transfer ownership is via the API.
