Auto Refresh Datasets if they fail

We should have both Enable & Disable option in this new Auto Refresh Datasets if they fail feature.

We have faiced Issue with this New feature of Auto Refresh Datasets if they fail.

As continuously trying to refresh failed datasets will impact Capacity Performance.

To avoid Performance issue there should be both Enable & Disable option for this feature (New Auto Refresh Datasets if they fail ).
