Auto Disable Schedule refresh if specified condition are meet.

To help manage server\gateway workload, it would useful to have the ability to specify conditions under which a scheduled refresh is automatically disabled. For example, if a report hasn't been accessed within the past X number of days, or on a specific date (this would be useful for a project-specific report, with fix end date).
