We would like a easy way of collecting CPU usage logs per artifact and operation.
We want to store historical data. Develop BI solutions on it (yes BI on BI logs :) )
Currently we are fetching data from the dataset behind the "Premium Capacity Utilization And Metrics" app.
This ways have its disadvantages:
-Data model is somewhat hidden and unclear.
-How measures are created is hidden. It is clear that a lot of logic is in the measures. But it is a guessing game to understand them without being able to look at them.
-Very slow to retrieve this way.
-When changes are made the export jobs fail.

Status changed:NewtoPlannedWe are working on a solution for customers that will let you subscribe to the same unsampled data that is used by Capacity Metrics and retain it as needed for your business needs using the Fabric Real-time Intelligence feature. In addition to simplifying the consumption model, this approach will also improve latency of data allowing you near-real-time access to the same data used by the capacity platform. We look forward to hearing your feedback on the feature as we land it and adapt it based on customer feedback.
