It should be possible to programmatically access the PowerBI-based RLS definitions to enforce access restrictions in cases where the groups are not defined in AD.

- Must have. Security to data is storeD in another system, just need to update PBI RLS base on other system.
- Yes I would like to have this functionality. Currently we go to Workspace, select the dataset, form the pop up select security and in the RLS group add the user. It would be great if we could programatically do this via C#

Yes. We need Programmatic access to add users at report or dataset level , currently users can be added only at a workspace (group) level. Also ability to access and add or update RLS for datasets via API would be much appreciated.
