Currently if I need to alter a dataset it requires deleting it and recreating it completely. It would be nice to be able to alter datasets as needed (e.g. adding or removing tables, columns, etc.).
The REST API supports adding a new column to a table in an existing dataset, but does not support adding a new table to the dataset. This is a huge limitation - particularly since there is no way of changing the dataset associated with dashboards/reports.
