Allow refresh of individual tables when using API Metadata Refresh endpoint

Currently call the endpoint refreshes the entire endpoint. Please allow the ability to refresh single-tables or sets of tables. This will reduce wait times when only needing a subset of tables refreshed using the endpint. Thank you.
