Need Clarification

You can actually accomplish this today in Dataflow Gen2 (CI/CD). Dataflow doesn't automatically save your changes, so you need to click the "Save" button in order to commit / publish those changes.

Let us know if that works for you today or if you have something else in mind that could improve your experience.
