I utilise the personalised visuals feature with my report users and encourage them to manipulate the views to suit their specific needs.
It would be a great help if report users could format the fields that they add in via personalised views. For example, i have a simple revenue measure, but the user may want to see in millions, thousands, with or without decimals, etc.
