Like http:// or www. gets recognized as a URL, the Skype/Lync id's starting with SIP: or IM: should be recognized in a table. When clicked the conversation window should open in Skype/Lync.

- I really want this same feature. MAILTO: works nicely but I really want a generic "allow any protocol" kind of hyperlink. Seems 'silly' to limit it to just HTTP and MAILTO.
