Add Refresh Groups

Many complex Power BI models are using a high number of different data sources. Some of these data sources must be refreshed on a regular basis frequently (daily or weekly), other however less frequently (monthly or in case of target numbers, yearly refresh is enough) It would be great to introduce refresh groups, and assign each source or entity to a certain refresh group. When initiating a refresh, users would be able to select which refresh group to execute.
