Add arrow chart, that can represent comparison between a previous value and a current value (such as production compared to last month), a red arrow points down if the new value means degrading performance, and a green arrow points upwards means a better value, etc...

- I keep track of several key metrics in my organization (traffic, sales, calls, etc.) and have a report similar to this that I manually add green up and red down arrows to. This would be incredibly helpful! Also good alternative would be thumbs up/down for a fun twist.
