Good afternoon,
I would like to propose an additional capability for Power BI. At this point in time, there does not appear to be an option to add any kind of notes or annotations that advise why certain steps were taken during data preparation. An ability to add notes/annotations directly within the tool (much like adding a comment in Power Automate or Excel) would be immensely helpful during intensive data preparation with multiple steps.
Thank you,
Samantha Montgomery

Tip - If you go into advanced editor, you can add a //comment line before any step. This appears in the UI as an ⓘ icon next to the step.
