Select tables can set 'alerts' amount, if it's over/under/even, bi can send an 'alerts'(signal)email to all shared users.

- We have added functionality to set alerts on numeric tiles and send an email when the data goes beyond the limits. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-set-data-alerts/ Give it a try and let us know if you have any feedback.
