Ability to refresh dataflow WITHOUT triggering dependent dataflows

When updating a dataflow, it's impossible currently to refresh it without also triggering all downstream dataflows. This makes it extremely difficult to test changes - you have to change each and every impacted dataflow, before you can even validate if the change to the original dataflow did what you wanted or not. Also, if you cause an error, everything fails including the original dataflow...which means you are unable to even see data to try to troubleshoot what went wrong. I'm fine with "run all downstream dataflows" being the default, but there should be a separate option which allows us to refresh a dataflow WITHOUT launching all the downstream dataflows.
