We currently have 2600+ members and use meetup. We host 2 * 45 minute talks per month, previously physical with 100+ attendees, now virtual. Talks are given by MVPs and community members, focusing on using Power BI in organisations. Our best talks are the show cases etc, a recent one showing how Manchester Airport is using Power BI and Power Apps to cut down on 80% of it's paperwork was a real success. The group is sponsored by Robert Walters which is a recruitment agency, and they currently provide the meetup subscription, but do not overtly sell anything!
