When Can I Get The Newest Report Servrer?
Dear Developer:
I have a probrem , I make pbix with Power BI Desktop March 2019 ,I can't release pbix to report server(Jan 2019), according to the demand,I can't release pbix to pulic report server,so how can I do?

They are not compatible. You will need to use the January Power BI Report Server Desktop edition to create and edit your pbix files to then publish them to your Report Server.
They are releasing Power BI Report Server and PBI RS Desktop only 3 times a year: Jan, May and Sept
So you'll have to wait another month for the next release or use the January release version.
