what is Microsoft powerbi report server sample report datasource credential
I get sample reports from this url:Install Power BI sample reports - Configuration Manager | Microsoft Learn
but cannot access sql server without credential.

Those are sample reports for Microsoft Configuration Manager. If your company does have Configuration Manager you would need to be given access to the SQL Server database for that product by the DBA in your company which maintains that server.
