View Paginated Report Content As A Scrollable Table

I needed to use the Power BI Report Builder to build out a matrix with the exact design I wanted.  Unless I am wrong, I can only view the contents of the resulting matrix page by page instead of having one big table to scroll through.  Is there a way to view the contents of the report in one scrollable table?  Maybe by adding it to Power BI Desktop? Exporting to Excel is messy with cells randomly merged throughout the resulting spreadsheet.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi Anonymous ,

As per my understanding if you are building a Power Bi Paginated Report using the report builder you wont be able to view it as a scrollable table. I would recommend you to design or create your report using Power Bi Desktop to get the required results.

  • Thought I would reply to this as its such a unique request and I cannot find the answers I'm looking for. Some of my embedded paginated reports allow me to scroll down, however with some I have to skip the pages at the top. If anyone sees this and has any insight please post back. I dont know why some are different to others.

  • It worked for me  ::

Step-1 : Minimise you paginated report white box

Step-2 : Right click anywhere  on grey outer big box >> Report Properties  >> PageSeetup

Step-3 :  Increase the Height from 11inch to 20 or 30 inches as per your table lenght
