user in active directory cannot login

Hello everybody

I have a big problem

I've installed Power bi Report Server by an admin user (ex: Domain\X) and now I want to change admin user to (Domain\Myuser)

so I defined Domain\MyUser  and set Content Manager to it but it totally can not login to report server .

the only user who can login is  (Domain\X)
