user centric reporting and report centric reporting - to capture user and report usage details.

Hi Team,

I am trying to create 2 separate reports for the following,

Who is using the reports?

What reports are being used (and how frequently/by whom)?

Basically i am looking to create 2 views of the usage data user centric reporting and report centric reporting.

The User Centric Reporting is focused on PowerBI licence holders while the Report centric reporting for PowerBI is to show details regarding what reports are being used and how frequently and by whom? 

It would be really helpful if anyone can assist me on where to get the data for these from.
