User activity log

Hello! We are facing a problem: we cannot find the user activity log (logging) inside the Report Server with details such as the source (PC) and specific actions, for example, deleting/adding objects or assigning rights to other users. How can one access such logs for more detailed analysis?

      We tried, but it is not visible which user gave another user rights and from which computer the action was carried out
