URL parameter in Pagenated Reports
Hi ,
Please may know, Is it possible to pass a URL parameters to the pagenated reports in power BI server not the report service and choose a rendering format into HTML/XML as same as SSRS.

Yes you can. Power BI Report Server shares a lot of it's code base with SSRS so you can use the same URL syntax for providing parameters and rendering formats for paginated reports as you would with SSRS.
