Updating data from two sources

Hello!
Faced with the following problem: I have two data sources.
The first is oracle database, and the second is SQL Server database.
I have set up auto-update, but the update occurs only in the SQL database, how can this be solved?
At the same time, if you update the data in BI Desktop, then everything goes well.
P.S. the connection does not give errors.
