undefineddifference between running and publish a paginated report
ello There,
I recently started going through resource material on microsoft about paginated report. Could anybody help me understand the difference between a Paginated Report Definition -- Running the Report -- Publish the report (to power BI service).
I have attached the link for the source for the information where I encountered the above mentioned concern, and it is under the heading: Creating a Report definition
the title of the page: what are the paginated reports in Power BI Premium?
Thank you for giving your valuable time!https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/paginated-reports/paginated-reports-report-builder-power-b...

Basically, you create a paginated report using Power BI Report Builder, where you create the report by adding fields and visuals in the page. The label 2 and 3 are the place you create the Paginated Report Definition, it doesn't contain the data, but specifies where to get the data, which data to get, and how to display the data. After you Run the report using the top left button, you will return an actual report including data. Now you can upload to Power BI Service to share the report and work with other users.
Here is the step by step tutorial.
