unable to view report an unexpected error occurred

Hi,

I upgraded PBI server to latest version Sep-2019 in addition to PBI desktop on-prem version

I created a report using a direct query to Oracle Data Source without any issue but when I save to PBI server I can't open it I get the error below.

I saved the credentials under Data Source after publishing but still the same problem 

please help.
