Unable to Setup .exe file for Power BI Reporting Server

when am I  installing the Power BI Report Server, setup is not going forward from loading packages step?(error Image was shown below)

can anyone suggest how to fix and install the reporting server for Power BI?

And currently, I am using SQL Server 2012 reporting server to host my report locally, with my interest on Power BI I was started working on the Power BI for good visualization reports and can one explain me step by step process how to host my reports locally?

    Can you take a look at the setup log? It should be at $tmp$ folder, something like "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Temp\PBIRS". Do you see any errors in the log?
