Resolver IVhi, just to be clear, by folder I mean folder in PBIRS. I not sure if you also need the Publisher role in the folder security settings. Maybe that is missing
I saved the file as Microsoft.MicrosoftPowerBIDesktop (.pbix). Not sure how to check Publisher role in folder security setting.

on PBIRS -> hover of folder -> three dots -> manage -> security
info: report builder role is just for paginated reports, PBI dashboards needs publisher role
