Unable to download underlying data

I'm unable to download underlying data in power bi report server even though I have enabled to allow download underlying data in power bi desktop and replaced the old file. Kindly guide me on this

    Hi

     

    Along with the file setting to enable underlying data downloads in the .pbix file, there is also a global setting in the report servers config.
