Unable showing the dashboard on Cloud

Hi all,

 

We have uploaded our dashboard onto the Tencent Cloud but there is something not showing in the dashboard. Is there any idea for this issue? Thank you guys in advance!

    Hi Anonymous ,

    first question do you mean the Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com) or the ReportServer? Because this is the board for Power BI Report Server.

    But now to your question:

    1) What data source do you use?

    2) Do you use direct query for some tables?

    3) Do you have installed a Data Gateway for the on premises datasources (which you might be use in the report as direct query)?

      Hi Kathrin,

      Thank you so much for your kindly reply!

      The powerbi here is the one that we uploaded to the tencent cloud with our local version. For the missing graphs or buttons, we think that it may caused by the script within the website setting and are trying to fix it.
