the settings PBRIS application doesnt work

thanks a lot for an answer!

We updated the app, but the problem still occurs. The application normally works by other users. And there is no problem opening on windows devices.. Just application doesnt work properly for one user.

And the other problem that this user and other users also can't open the pbris on any browser after IOS update.

Thank you SamInogic, for your insights.
Since the app update, reinstall, and hard reset have not resolved the issue, I recommend opening a Microsoft Support ticket for further investigation.
Please include the iOS/iPadOS and app versions, iPad model, screen recording of the Alternative Rendering setting resetting, and the browser behavior.
This will allow Microsoft to investigate both the setting-persistence issue and the reported PBIRS access issue on iOS browsers.
