SSL Certificate Validation turning off

Hello!
i am facing an issue with the power bi report, when i try to post it on powerbi publish it get pubished but when i try to refresh the data there it shows me this error:

Can anyone tell me how to turn of the SSL validation in the publish area as i have already turned it off in the powerbi desktop but it still shows me this error.

    Please have a try.

    You may check if the definition of the data source in 'Manage gateway' and the status of credentials in dataset are valid.

    If you use a gateway then you need to configure that as well .
