Some users not able to see imported visuals

Thanks for the quick reply! There seems to be no difference in the internet setup for the affected users and we do not use a Proxy.
Can it be something in their browser settings?

Community ChampionYes, you may also check the browser settings between 2 systems. But mostly our users faced these issues due to proxy settings.
