Slicer breaks other visuals when has a value selected

Hi everyone

I've created a dashboard in PBI Desktop and works here with no issues at all. But, when I open this report from my PBI Report Server I face the following issue with a slicer:

If no value is selected on the slicer, it is shown like this:

No Issues at all

But if I select a value on the slicer Customer Success Manager Name. I get the following:

Slicers break

I don't know what might be causing this issue. The logs don't show much information and the error message when I click on See details are:
