Sharepoint list Refresh Power BI

Hi

I am trying to upload a report in Power BI Server (PBIS) using a Sharepoint list (ShL). I create the report in PBI Desktop (PBID). 

If I add data to the ShL, in PBID the data refresh. But when I upload the report into PBIS, the data does NOT refresh. 

Even if I delete the Sharepoint List, in PBIS looking at the report, I can still see the data.

So I think that with SharepointList, the data is embedded in the report, so there is NO option for live data using Sharepoint List connection with PBIS.

Please, this is really important, as the Sharepoint List data is always being updated, Users need to have the latest data in the report, in Power BI Server.

After you publish the report to Power BI report server, you need to create schedule refresh for the report, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/scheduled-refresh
