Scheduled report refresh causes format change

Everytime my report does a scheduled refresh on the report server, it changes the format of a percentage on a card visual.

On desktop is appears as -0.07%, when is save it on report server it is correct, when the report runs a refresh, it changes to -7367.96.  

Have anybody come accress this before.  I need an urgent resolution.
