schedule updates problem

There is a report that updates the information at 08:20 every morning and schedule updates at 08:30. Usually it will be completed within 5 minutes, but occasionally it takes 15 to 20 minutes. Because the data needs to be presented in around 08:35 - 08:40

 

What can I do to stabilize the speed, thank you.

    I have found that I can make some settings in [rsreportserver.config], but I cannot find the file on the computer, there is no rsreportserver.config
