RSOffice Exception
I only noticed this happen when I updated to the latest build <Product>Microsoft Power BI Report Server Version 14.0.600.437</Product>
I dont think its affecting anything that is being used but it keep happening over and over in the logs.

This issue is still present even after updating to version:
<Product>Report Server Version 2017.0140.0600.438 ((BI_Server_Current).171208-0126)</Product>

v-yulgu-msft having the same issue after changing the RS ServiceAccount user.
Unfortunatelly this is quite a big problem as it impacts all of the Excel spreadsheet rendering.

Recreating the portal url helped (ie. removing the bindings and adding them back again)
