report server landing page no "loading" indicator

Our report server works fine, but something is missing which makes a poor user experience.  When user types the report service URL in the browser, the power bi default page comes out immediately, but without any folder/reports, no user name displayed at the top right corner. This would make users think the report service is empty, no content.   It took about 40 sec to 1 mins for those folder names & reports loaded, and user name is also displayed at the upper right corner.

Waiting  for 1 mins is fine , but I wish there were an indicator to show "Loading" or the browser symbol keep spinning, sort of signal.  Has anybody have experience in improving the landing page?
